Problem: Ticketmaster faced backlash from fans amidst hacking scandals.

Solution: Shifted focus to celebrating fan culture by sharing stories from the fan’s point of view. Contributed to the Your Ticket to More campaign, which included interviewing football fans and surprising them with suite-level seat upgrades.

Results: Reduced negative comments and created memorable experiences for countless happy NFL fans.
