Grey

Grey is my directorial debut senior thesis film about the duality of man. Following an orphan wolf pup and a villager in medieval Germany, this short gives an introspective and remedial take on the classic human canine relationship, one that I believe many viewers can draw new meaning from.

Grey won the Golden Lion Award at the SFTV Industry Awards 2021, and was featured at the Newport Beach Film Festival 2021, Animotion Film Festival 2021 in Florence, Italy, and Animation Film Festival in Paris, France.

Visual Development

The following drawings showcase some of my visual development work from college. They include both digital pieces created in Photoshop and traditional sketches drawn with pencil on paper.

Bird Paintings

For the past seven years, bird painting has been my favorite hobby. Birds' intricate patterns and unique rituals, especially their mating displays, fascinate me. They’re difficult to spot in the wild, and birdwatching feels a bit like hunting—though the trophies are the memories. Because of their elusiveness, I began painting them to enjoy their beauty whenever I like.
